We have learned of an accident involving a school bus and another vehicle that happened on December 19 in the University City area. More than three dozen students were taken to the hospital after the bus they were on was rear-ended as it was heading to school.

Police say that an Infinity sedan slammed into the back of the bus just before 8:30 a.m. on Genesee Avenue. The car was being driven by a woman in her 70s and they are still investigating the exact cause of the accident.
